stateroom

Unlike most vessels her size, the MD Buzzards Bay has a separate stateroom. The dominant feature here is the large queen berth, at almost 7' long and a little over 5' wide. The space located below the sole is watertight which is part of the Buzzards Bay 33's comprehensive safety design.

Forward in the stateroom is a full size hanging locker with dresser drawers (dresser drawers not shown in picture).

Ventilation for the stateroom is provided by a large hatch well placed for playing who can find the most constellations and two opening port lights in the hull. The portlights are positioned above the hull's protective topside chine deflecting typical wave action and spray away from them.
